Situation:  Timeline Maker Pro is on one computer and you want to put it on another. This could be to transfer from one user to another or you are upgrading your computer. 


On the computer you are retiring or transferring from:

  1. Uninstall Timeline Maker Pro via Add or remove programs.
  2. Contact support and request a manual deactivation. Provide the name and/or email address of the registered user.


On the new computer:

  • Follow the instructions provided to you by Customer support, usually via email:
    1. Download Timeline Maker Pro.
    2. Install Timeline Maker Pro.
    3. Run the program.
    4. Activate the software on the new computer using your existing product serial number.


Note:  Do NOT use your old activation code. It is not valid for your new computer.
