When you installed Timeline Maker, included was a special file for installing the Protexis service directly.  We would like you to try this. If you are not able to install it, the error messages will be more specific for us.

  • Please log in as administrator and browse using My Computer to these folders:
  • C:\Program Files\TLM Professional\Protexis or C:\Program Files (x86)\ TLM Professional\Protexis
  • Double click on the LicensingService.exe file.
  • This will launch the installer. Allow the installation and follow the instructions.
  • Let us know what, if any, error messages you get.
  • If you don't get error messages, does the Protexis service get installed?
