Users who are trying to activate their Timeline Maker software via website sometimes do not have an Installation code.  Instead it is blank.


Cause:  The Installation code is unique to the computer and must be used to complete the activation via website option.


Solution 1: The user needs to be and administrator. Log in as administrator and try again.


Solution 2:  The software may already be activated on the computer, but the activation service is turned off and needs only to be turned back on.   Go to this link for assistance:  How to Restart the Licensing Service


Solution 3:  Antivirus software may be preventing the software from accessing this number.  Try disabling the antivirus first and try again.
